Cultura Foundation is a Finnish expert organization whose mission is to promote the integration and participation of the Russian‑speaking population in Finland – a diverse group of people with varied cultural, historical, and geographical backgrounds who use Russian as their language of communication.

Cultura Foundation carries out a special mandate assigned by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Finland and operates with the ministry’s funding.

Danil Lopatkin is the research coordinator and senior specialist of the Russian Speakers and Interaction Programme at the Cultura Foundation. He contributed to planning, conducting and analysing the research results.

Anastasia Prikazchikova is a journalist and was an intern at Cultura Foundation during her study period. Anastasia's responsibilities included compiling a list of Russian‑language social media accounts and conducting interviews.

Rasa Žakevičiūtė is a researcher in the Department of Social Sciences and Philosophy at the University of Jyväskylä. Rasa was responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing this research.

Daria Efimova is a data analyst and software developer. She was responsible for the technical implementation of the research, including collecting, cleaning, and processing social media data, as well as building the network matrices used in the study.
